Want to know more about this dedicated Realtor, please read on: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. How long in Real Estate?
12 years in residential sales, 3 years at Beach Cities Health District in Property management of the leasing for the South Bay Hospital and local properties, 15 years in Probate Law offices handling probate properties that were sold.
2. Special Training or qualifications?
As a certified paralegal, trained to prepare contracts with attention to detail is the most important qualification I can bring to you as your realtor. This qualification will assure you a straight-forward error free Listing Agreement, the final Purchase Contract on your home, and the fully executed Disclosures required in the sale of a property which will keep you out of harms way in this litigious state of California.
3. Strengths in negotiating?
As a paralegal I was trained in negotiation skills, and now with experience I have learned to “read” others to try to understand what they want in the end. There are more negotiations in a real estate deal other than just the Price of your home. I have learned that each transaction is different and requires a different approach by me as your representative. Presenting verifiable facts and figures is mandatory in negotiating with Buyers and Appraisers. Other Agents in our business respect me and will rely on me for honesty and integrity, giving way to my decisions. They know I am here to put a sale together and close escrow. My reputation is strong and unquestioned.
4. What Market Changes have you faced and how to handle them?
This is a very lengthy answer so please ask me for a verbal reply.
5. Do you have an Assistant?
I work without an Assistant because I want to handle all the questions, information, advertising, communications, etc. on your property myself to lower the risk of error in communications. I do however, use a Transactional Secretary who double checks all my paper work making sure everything is signed properly and at the close of escrow, the file is reviewed and signed off by our Broker-Manager, and filed in the Coldwell Banker archives. This is to protect my clients from any possible litigation.
6. How many clients worked with in the last 12 months? How many sales?
I encounter countless people on a daily basis, both in business and social situations. Real Estate is my full time career. Sales equal 12 to 17 properties a year, considered Very Successful.
