Thank you for your professional advice, marketing expertise, enthusiasm and encouragement throughout the process of buying and selling a home. The strategy we developed for first finding a home, and then selling our Mira Verde townhouse worked out perfectly. We knew we were in uncertain times in terms of the market peaking and were in danger of losing value on our townhouse if we waited too long. During the winter months, you worked conscientiously and cheerfully to help us find what we were looking for, while also suggesting inexpensive upgrades to our townhouse which would allow us to be ready to put our house on the market in top shape once we found a home.
Your knowledge of the financial marketplace and recommendation of a competent home mortgage broker whom we enjoyed working with facilitated the purchase of our lovely home. In fact, when we found a traditional Valmonte home we were looking for, your advice enabled us to negotiate a satisfactory deal despite the obstacles presented. Dear Linda,
Dad would have been very happy that you were able to obtain a full price offer for his home at 27 Via Sevilla, Rolling Hills Estates. You worked so hard to sell the property before he passed away and at least, got it into escrow. You had all the right documents in place in case he was not able to hang on until the end so we were able to use his Living Trust and as Successor Trustee, I was able to jump in and finish the sale. You were so professional and patient with us, showing us over 60 properties between Palos Verdes and Manhattan Beach. You were able to secure a home in Malaga Cove area of Palos Verdes Estates which was the area that was most convenient for my husband's commute. Your hard work with the seller (who wanted to carry a partial loan) to develop a loan with terms that helped convince them to sell to US rather than another buyer while saving us a great deal in interest payments was above our expectations. We want this letter to reflect our personal reference for you to pass along to your clients. I am happy to speak with them anytime to tell them of the successful transaction in the purchase and then the lease of our new property in Rancho Palos Verdes.
We cannot thank you enough for making the purchase, inspection and escrow so trouble free. Even before we made an offer to purchase you spent time preparing comparable properties that were also on the current market and the recently sold houses. You even took the time to drive us around the Peninsula to look at other properties so we felt secure in our decision. You were able to refer us to several in each category so we had a choice and felt more comfortable with our decisions. You stayed in contact so we knew daily of developments in the process of the escrows that were all taking place at the same time. You stayed in contact with the Orange County Realtor which gave us peace that everything was proceeding as planned and being carefully watched over by all.
Not too many Realtors will spend the advertising funds for a Lease. But when it did not lease right away, you were generous enough to run a large ad with a picture of the property in the local paper and even held several open hoses to draw attention to the home. Because of your steadfast perseverance we found the perfect Renters to take care of the home at a lease amount that we are comfortable with.
