Thank you for your professional advice, marketing expertise, enthusiasm and encouragement throughout the process of buying and selling a home.  The strategy we developed for first finding a home, and then selling our Mira Verde townhouse worked out perfectly.  We knew we were in uncertain times in terms of the market peaking and were in danger of losing value on our townhouse if we waited too long.  During the winter months, you worked conscientiously and cheerfully to help us find what we were looking for, while also suggesting inexpensive upgrades to our townhouse which would allow us to be ready to put our house on the market in top shape once we found a home.

Not too many Realtors will spend the advertising funds for a Lease.  But when it did not lease right away, you were generous enough to run a large ad with a picture of the property in the local paper and even held several open hoses to draw attention to the home.  Because of your steadfast perseverance we found the perfect Renters to take care of the home at a lease amount that we are comfortable with.
